PTA Committees are always looking for volunteers. Active requests are listed below. However, if there's a committee that you would like to help out, feel free to contact the committee chair.
Outdoor Classroom is a time when the McKenzie Gardens are open to the students during lunch/recess times. It’s a fun opportunity for parents to interact with the kids as they explore the gardens, dig in the dirt, help with weeding/watering and create an art project.
The cafeteria staff counts on parent volunteers to help serve lunch on a daily basis. Without the parents, the staff would not be able to prep, cook, serve, monitor the line and clean up. The PTA has come up with a way to help them out, by providing parent volunteers to help serve and monitor the lines. more >>
The McKenzie Learning Commons (formerly known as the “library”) needs your help! A volunteer is needed for morning and afternoon time slots for each day that school is in session.
