Each fall, the Welcoming Committee matches up new families (with kids entering 1st – 4th grades) with a veteran McKenzie family so that they can answer questions and be a friendly face. If you are a new family to McKenzie and would like to contact the Welcoming Committee, please email welcomingcommittee@mckenziepta.com.

• Can I get a school tour?

• Is there a guide to all things McKenzie?

• How can I join / support the PTA?
  By creating an account through Membership Toolkit and paying your membership fee. This will give you access to the online directory and class lists. Click here for more information.

• When and where are the PTA meetings?
  PTA Board Meetings and General Board Meetings are scheduled on the 2nd Thursday of every month in the school cafeteria. All are welcome to attend to the general meeting. Click here to view past meeting minutes.

• How can I volunteer at the school?
  You can find all year-long volunteer opportunities here and any occasional opportunities will be communicated via the McKenzie Monitor and posted on the home page of this website.

• What is iGNITE?
  iGNITE is McKenzie PTA’s fundraising initiative dedicated to enrich the learning experience at McKenzie. Learn more

• What’s the McKenzie Monitor?
  It’s a weekly email sent by the school’s principal with relevant information pertaining to current and upcoming McKenzie events.

• How do I add $$ for my child’s school lunches?

  A Sign-Up Party is a fundraising party or event hosted by McKenzie families with a fixed-price ticket cost. Learn more

  Every year 100+ members of the McKenzie community join together to produce a top-notch, highly engaging kid’s show. It’s a four decade long tradition and one of our biggest fundraisers.   Kindergarten: 8:35 am to 11:10 am
  KEEP 39 + Grades 1 - 4:
  Monday -Thursday: 8:30 am - 3:15 pm
